Aid Box Community (ABC), a Bristol based charity providing support, supplies and sanctuary to Bristol’s refugees and asylum seekers. These trees can be bought online here and delivered to your door or alternatively you can head over to the Refutrees Christmas Shop located on Cheltenham Road (BS6 5RE), open from 30th November to 22nd December.

Founded in 2015 as the ‘Aid Box Convoy’, the group initially set out to gather donations from the local Bristol community and take them to the Dunkirk Refugee camp. After taking over 350 Aid Boxes to the camp, the group continued to coordinate volunteers and donations on the camp, as well as fundraising and raising awareness.

In 2016, Aid Box Convey became Aid Box Community, turning its focus to supporting refugees and asylum seekers in the UK, after seeing the poverty and isolation many were living in once having reached our shores. The Aid Box Community works on various projects in the city to help refugees and asylum seekers alike such as the Free Shop, offering essentials to those who can’t afford them, a women’s group as well as other fundraising events and activities.

Head over to the Refutrees shop on Cheltenham Road to help support the charity at such an important time of the year or alternatively, for an extra £5 you can order a tree here for delivery and support the cause from home.
