What time does the festival start/end?
Can I re-enter the festival at any time?
The festival runs from 11am to 11pm on both Saturday and Sunday, we advise on getting down early as it’ll get busy quick. Gates close at 8pm and if you leave the event at any time there is no re-entry. Tickets may be available on the door, however we have sold out the past few years and have been unable to sell tickets on the gate – we strongly advise buying your tickets in advance before the weekend to guarantee entry.
What’s the easiest / quickest way to get to the festival?
There are variety of ways to arrive at the festival but for ease, convenience and overall environmentally-friendly-fuzzy feeling we would recommend the Love Bus! Running from three key stops in the city centre directly to Eastville park for a minimal fee of £4 return / £3 single, the Love Bus runs every fifteen minutes from 10.30 until 00.30 from:
• Bristol Temple Meads
• Broad Quay, The Fountains
• The Haymarket, Broadmead
• Eastville park, Stapleton Road (alongside M32 slip road)
For those planning to attend one of our Love Saves the Night after parties The Love Bus offers an easy way to travel there from the festival site. The stops are convenient for the after party venues of Motion & Lakota.
There will be a new Love Bus route running this year to help you get to the festival easily. This service will stop at:
• Blackboy Hill
• Whiteladies Road
• Clifton Down Station
• Park Street
• Eastville Park (Alongside m32 slip road)
This will only operate as an inbound service between approximately midday and 16:30. Return journeys can be made to the centre on the main Love Bus where you can pick up normal First Bus services to the Redland & Clifton areas.
Am I able to park at the festival?
There is absolutely no public parking available at the event so please do not bring your car. Anyone parking illegally or irresponsibly near the site will have their vehicle towed.
I have purchased a ticket but I haven’t received an email.
For any enquiries regarding tickets purchased from our website, please contact our ticket provider Seetickets:
I can no longer attend the festival, can I get a refund?
Unfortunately Love Saves The Day does not offer any refunds on tickets. Please note that tickets are NOT transferable.
Will I be searched? Is there anything I can’t bring to the festival?
For the safety of our customers and staff, security will be conducting stringent searches on the front door. Anyone found to be carrying illicit items will have them confiscated and will be removed from the festival and handed over to the police where necessary. The following items are not allowed on the festival site:
• Fireworks, laser pens and flares
• Alcohol, illicit drugs or legal highs including nitrous oxide
• Animals (With the exception of guide dogs)
• Selfie sticks
• Anything which could be considered an offensive weapon
Please note: It is prohibited to bring food & drink (including alcohol) into the festival. This is a condition of our license and it is something we must enforce in order to secure permission for the event to go ahead.
Please Note: Under 18s attending the festival MUST be accompanied by an adult at ALL TIMES.
Before entering the festival, You will be asked to present a valid photo ID to proof your age.
Will I be able to get cash out on the festival site?
There will be some ATMs on site, and all of our bars will have facilities to pay on card. Most food traders are cash only though, so we advise bringing some money with you.
Is there any disabled access?
We have accessibility facilities available on site, please see our information page here for full details, including carer tickets. These facilities will only be available to specific ticket holders who have let us know of their situation in advance. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. People with recent injuries or pregnant women unfortunately don’t quality for this.
I want to stay over for the night, is the festival camping?
Although we are 2 day festival, we don’t provide any option to camp within the site. We advise looking at hotel, Airbnb or hostel options in the centre of Bristol and taking the small commute on our Love Bus (see above) to the festival site for each day.
